Job Description
Job Profile: Chartered Accountant (Audit & Assurance) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 1 to 2 year experience (post-qualification)
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Assurance: • Executed Statutory audit including site visit and Handled end to end work independently & Along with team, including planning, execution of audit and analysis, finalization of financial statement. • Conducting Statutory Audit, Limited Review Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit of the Corporates, LLPs, Trusts, etc.
- Advisory & Research • Provide expert advice to clients on audit planning and dispute resolution. • Stay updated on the changes in Accounting Standard, Ind AS and Company Law
- Client Management • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, providing proactive audit support and updates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of their audit matters and queries.
- Documentation & Reporting • Maintaining audit records and documentation • Preparing audit reports and assisting is filing of tax audit reports. • Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 year of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Accounting Standard, Ind AS and Company Law. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex audit matters, formulate strategies, and offer practical solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, authorities, and colleagues effectively. Ability to prepare legal and technical documents clearly. • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex cases with precision and attention to detail, ensuring no aspects of the case are overlooked. • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tax-related software. • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to working with clients in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, services, and technology.
