Roles and Responsibilities -

1.Ensure entire F&A operations by understanding overall GM Activities of F&A.

2.Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable.

3∙Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4∙Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses.

5∙Analyse budget variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.

6∙Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

7∙Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the company’s financial health.

8∙Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including tax regulations, GST compliance, and other legal requirements.

9∙Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

10∙Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

11∙Oversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
